This is used solely to understand how visitors use our website and to improve the experience.
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Respond to your voyage planning request
- Arrange travel on your behalf, including communicating with resort properties
- Send you voyage proposals, confirmations, and pre-travel briefings
- Maintain your relationship with your dedicated Travel Advisor
- Communicate relevant upcoming offers or rare availability windows, where you have opted in
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
How We Share Your Information
We share information only where necessary to arrange your voyage:
- Resort properties: To confirm reservations and communicate your specific requirements
- Transfer operators: To arrange seaplane, speedboat, or domestic flight transfers
- Our CRM system (TravelSys): To manage your voyage file and advisor relationship
- Brevo (email platform): To manage lifecycle communications where you have opted in
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, including satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. For active clients, this includes the duration of your advisory relationship with OV. For inactive contacts, we review retention on a regular basis.
Your Rights
Under the Singapore PDPA, you have the right to access and correct personal data we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent for us to use or disclose your personal data, subject to reasonable notice and any legal or contractual restrictions.
